A second opinion is highly recommended by experts and guidelines when you have been diagnosed with a serious condition, are not seeing improvement with your current treatment, have been told your condition is untreatable, are facing significant treatment risks, need help choosing among multiple treatment options, or simply want confirmation of your diagnosis or treatment plan.

Our intake team who are medical doctors review any diagnosed health issue through a streamlined process that minimizes the time you spend gathering records. We aim to provide second opinions within about four- seven days once we have all necessary records, with the entire process typically taking less than two weeks. To get started, register and schedule your intake session with a care manager who is a medical doctor and speaks your language, and we will guide you from there. We will be with you throughout your journey.

Currently, health insurance does not cover our second opinion services. However, you may be able to use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for the service. Check with your employer or insurance provider for more details. If your employer offers this service as a benefit, it may be available at a reduced cost or even free of charge.

It's common and advisable to seek multiple opinions in healthcare. Your health and peace of mind are paramount; second opinions can be a valuable part of your treatment journey. All doctors understand this and are professionally obligated to support your decision to seek further advice.
